The countdown has begun for the night when Australia’s film and television industry unite in celebration, as the public review and rate the past year in film. Totally one of the highlights in Australia’s cultural calendar, the Jameson IF Awards Sydney continues to showcase the pool of talent that the country produces. Returning to the Big Top at Luna Park, the 2011 awards will be held on Wednesday 16th November.
After the official business is done and dusted on the night, the after-party - hosted by Jameson Irish Whiskey - kicks off at Luna Park’s Crystal Palace. As part of the ceremony ticket price, guests can head to the after party where they can drink Jameson cocktails, eat yummy canapés and dance the night away (don't try all three at the same time though - could get messy). Anyway, if you wanna booze and schmooze with the who’s who of the entertainment industry and help them celebrate another fantastic year in Australian film, then you need to keep your eyes on the IF Awards website over the next couple of weeks for news of ticketing details.
